What is a "No Tag No Start" Immobiliser.

Our “No Tag No Start” is exactly what it says. If you try to start your vehicle without a TAG present or turned on then the vehicle will not start. Tags come in different forms, some can be turned on and off but essentially they all transmit a secure code to your system which then authorises the startiing of the vehicle. You can also use your mobile phone as a Tag by checking the box on the home page “Enable Phone Tag”. This means that your phone will then transmit your specific code to the vehicle to allow the starting. 

How to Start you Vehicle with a Tag.

  1.  Go to your vehicle with your Tag TURNED ON or IN RANGE. By in range we mean not to have the tag in an RFID Wallet that are commonly used now to protect credit card data. It helps if you have this out of your pocket. 
  2. If you have forgotten your TAG then its not a problem as all you need to do is open the “TrackManager” APP on your phone. Check the box at the bottom of the screen “enable phone tag”. If it is your first time of using the app please below for the initial setup. 
  3. The vehicle will now be authorised to start from the covert equipment installed in the vehicle.

  1. Login with the details supplied to you via e mail. 
  2. Click the Settings Wheel (Top Right)
  3. Check the Box “Enable Phone Tag” ** You may get a pop up on your phone asking for authorisation to use Bluetooth with the TrackManager APP** Please Allow this. 
  4. Then uncheck the “Enable Phone Tag” box. 
  5. Press the left Arrow < (Top left). This takes you back a step. 
  6. Then you can LOGOUT by pressing the settings wheel again and LOGOUT. 
You can now enable and disable your phone as a Tag from the home screen of the App. You do not need to login each time to use the Tag option so it does not matter if your phone has no mobile signal.

If your device hasnt seen your tags you can follow these simple steps to get your device to reset and search for your Tags.

  1. Login to your Account in the TrackManager App.
  2. Select the vehicle you wish to reset. 
  3. Tap the Top right Arrow UP commands symbol.
  4. TURN on your IGNITION on the vehicle FIRST.
  5. Press RESET DEVICE and then SEND at the bottom of the screen. 
  6. Press OK
  7. This may take a minute or so to reset. The “No Tag No Start” system will reset and search for your tags. 
  8. Logout of your APP and/or Check the “Enable Phone Tag” if you wish to use your phone as a Tag Transmitter.

Frequently asked Questions for our "No Tag - No Start" Immobiliser

It depends on what type of tag you have. Our Black Teardrop shaped Tag with an on and off button geneally lasts 1 -2  years but the battery can be replaced. The small white rectangle tags also have the same life expectancy and can have the batteries replaced.

When you purchase the Immobilser your supplier will send you a welcome e mail with the login details . They are provided within this e mail. As you look at the App you have 3 boxes to fill in. It is IMPORTANT to remember that ALL information MUST be in lower case

Please look for your welcome e mail with your login details. We do not have a password reset option to maximise security. You can call us on ?? but we will ask in depth security questions if we cannot identify you. This is for your protection. Before you do this make sure your phone is not typing a capital letter aywhere. All of the information on TrackManager needs to be in lower case. copy all spaces in words exactly as they are in your e mail. 

Firstly call 999 and let them know. Tell them you have a Tracker installed and provide your login details to them. You can even send them this page link for them to login https://login.trackmanager.ca Then call us on??? this number is answered 24/7 365 days a year. Option 1 is for immobilised or stolen vehicles. If this is between 8pm and 8am your call will be initially taken by our call handling team. This is to reduce the amount of sales calls we receive. Your details will be taken and you will either be put through to one of us or we will call you back within minutes. We will be loading all the GPS and account data before we call you back. Its easy to say and hard to do but try not to panic. We have some tips and tricks up our sleeves this end to maxmise the recovery of your stolen vehicle. 

There are many after market immobilisers such as Ghost which is a well known name. Albeit a good product there is NO GPS TRACKING with these products so albeit biased this is one of the best Car Immobilisers on the Market today.
